iCN Issue 18 – Career Coaching

Career coaching is a great way to get personal help with establishing your professional goals, making career decisions, creating and executing plans, and overcoming obstacles that may come in your way. Career Coaches work with people to help them assess their talents and make critical decisions about career choice and direction. Whether fresh graduates thinking about their first career  choice,  or  an  established  professional  looking  to  advance  within  their  career,  or maybe somebody contemplating a career change. Having a career coach to assist, will radically reduce the unhelpful emotions and anxieties, and enhance the clarity of thought, purpose and direction.

In this issue we cover how to help fresh graduates and professionals select careers, how to manage career transitions, how to source the support you need to progress up the corporate ladder, how to cope with career breaks and redundancies and even how to approach retirement, success/inspiring stories with the use of a career coach.
